CAN YOU CUSTOM PRINT SOME APPAREL FOR ME?
Yes, We can Custom Silk Screen or Embroider any apparel needs you have. We also provide Custom Promotional items as well. Please fill out our quote form or email us with your request and we'll be happy to get back with you as soon as we can. christina@darndawg.com

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There are three big factors to consider how much “it” will cost; your garment of choice, your design to be printed, and how many you would like printed. If you’re working on a budget, please let us know, and we’ll happily walk through some options with you.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS?
Our minimum print run for any 1 design is 12 garments unless an arrangement has been made with DCT.

 

HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET SHIRTS THROUGH YOU?
We strive to have a standard turnaround time of 7-14 business days. Keep in mind that your turnaround time won’t begin until we’ve worked with you to finalize the layout of your project to put your order on our production schedule. If you need shirts sooner than that, please let us know right away so that we can see if we can accommodate your needs. In the instances that we are able to, we may need to charge you a rush fee.

 

WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We happily accept Cash, Check or Credit Card. We do not use Paypal, apple pay or crypto-currency.

 

CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER TO ME?
We’ll gladly ship to any US address once the invoice has been paid in full. Shipping time is not considered part of our turnaround time and is done so at the expense of the customer.

 

DO YOU SOURCE THE GARMENTS OR CAN I BRING MY OWN?
We prefer to source the garments for a print run, however if you've already purchased your garments we'll be happy to walk you through what printing on those might look like. In cases like this, please keep in mind that printing is a "spoilage-prone" industry, and when you provide the garments we cannot replace them in the case that anything goes wrong.

 

I'VE GOT MY ART-FILES, BUT I NEED TO HAVE IT TWEAKED A LITTLE, CAN YOU DO THAT?
Yes, We would be happy to take a look at what you have and determine what you need, and then help create a plan for how to accomplish that. Shoot our art department an email with your art-file as it is now and we'll be happy to get back to you STAT alan@darndawg.com
